More Metal Xmas Music

Published by dletus at 11:40 am under Heavy Metal, Metal (General) Edit This

‘Tis the season to be metal! The Metalblog has more heavy metal Christmas music news to help you headbang over the holidays.

Less than a week after the Metalblog reviewed We Wish You a Metal Xmas and a Headbanging New Year, we can report metal Christmas music offerings from none other than the “Metal God” himself, Judas Priest vocalist Rob Halford.

Halford has made “Christmas Ride”, the 1994 single he recorded with his band Fight, available for free download from his site HalfordMusic.com.  The free download also includes Rob Halford’s Christmas greeting.

The Metalblog can also report that Twisted Sister and Lita Ford shot a video for their version of “I’ll Be Home For Christmas” from the A Twisted Christmas album.

A press release from Syren Couture states:  Ford gives the rendition true glam treatment in her smooth, shiny, skintight latex clothing from Syren Couture ( www.syren.com), the world’s leading latex fashion house.

The press release goes on to say more stuff, but if you remember Lita Ford from the 80s like I do, you’ve not gotten past the image of Lita in smooth, shiny, skintight latex. The only other part of the press relaese I noticed was something about her wearing a dress in shimmering metallic Pearl Blue rubber with silver piping.

Lita Ford. In smooth, shiny, skintight latex. And a rubber dress. Definately worth a look.

Here’s the Twisted Sister and Lita Ford video for “I’ll Be Home For Christmas”.
